We will look at the opportunities for all levels of leaders to engage in helping individuals, families, and groups to move from crisis to comfort. Need ideas for caring for your congregation? Workshop – Pushing Back On Push-Back

Leadership is simply moving people from where they are to where they were created to be.  The Bible offers testimony that people will move, but often kicking and screaming.  This pre-conference session for pastors is centered upon effectively dealing with the inevitable push-back leaders face.

Workshop – Multicultural Growth

Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. (Deuteronomy 6:4).  God created cultures as a full expression of tapestry of His own love and grace.  Multicultural Growth has always been in the plan and passion of our Maker!  The church is being wooed to discover the wealth of what these cultures bring to the unified witness of Jesus Christ if it is to be relevant and transformative.  There may not be one singular challenge bigger for the church to tackle in the fulfillment of its purpose.  There may not be one opportunity more fruitful with possibilities for the church to expand the Kingdom of God!  This workshop will be bodacious and unflinching about techniques, strategies that we have used, and may be employed to expose both real benefits and consequences that come to the church when enacted.   Learn these steps to becoming a courageous, Acts 2 congregation in spirit and truth!

Workshop – Rethinking Weak Points in Your Worship Services

From the time they arrive until they leave, you’re worship service is being evaluated by your guests. That evaluation begins well before the service time and continues long afterward.  They are looking with fresh eyes and listening with fresh ears to everything that is going on around them. Sometimes, we need to take a step back and look at our services from the standpoint of a first time guest.  While our strengths are usually the most evident to us, it’s our weaknesses that we tend to overlook.  This workshop will help you look at your services with fresh eyes and address those weak points from a guests first welcome at the door to the time they leave your parking lot.
