Unfortunately, their institutional life cycle may have peaked long ago and the DNA has deteriorated to one of decline and pessimism. One of our favorite leaders, Rev. Roger Ross, will offer thoughts on changing the “blood type” of your church and retooling your ministries for vitality.

This session is designed to assist leaders in caring for their congregation’s spiritual, medical, emotional, and mental health. Discussion will include assessment as well as effective and healthy options for support. All levels of leaders will benefit as they learn to engage in helping individuals, families, and groups move from crisis to comfort.

However, you don’t have to wait until you have “enough” money to make some of those improvements. In many cases, working with what you have and being innovative with it can be a great way to move your worship services to a new level.

We’ll also look at a simple risk assessment model you can use as we discuss inexpensive, practical ways to build your safety minsitry.
