  The Importance of Vision.  In this session Rev. Shane Bishop explores how to formulate a “real time” guiding mission statement and how to develop three to five year goals for churches of all sizes.  This process will provide a common language for change and offer leadership a formally approved direction to pursue.

   

   

  In these sessions Rev. Shane Bishop will offer a clear and intentional process for effecting strategic leadership in churches of all sizes. This model has been developed throughout the last fifteen years as Christ Church has grown from 200 to over 1,500 per weekend. Pastors and key church leaders are encouraged to participate.
