  Church administration involves many different areas and can sometimes feel like you’re being weighed down in policies and procedures.  Although policies and procedures are necessary, it is vital to find a balance that still provides protection and guidelines to running a successful church office.  In this session we will share with you our struggles in trying to simplify administrative procedures as we continued to grow.
