  The Necessity of Processes.  In this session Rev. Shane Bishop explores how to develop specific processes to strategically move toward established goals for churches of all sizes.  This process will intentionally move a church from “here to there” and provide a realistic time frame, specifics on implementation and accountability for all involved.

   

  In these sessions Rev. Shane Bishop will offer a clear and intentional process for effecting strategic leadership in churches of all sizes.  This model has been developed throughout the last fifteen years as Christ Church has grown from 200 to over 1,500 per weekend.  Pastors and key church leaders are encouraged to participate.
